This site took a long-ass time to build. What started in Wix (shoutout), in Spring 2022, then transitioned into a VS Code file on my desktop in Fall 2024 that I'd tell myself I'd get to but alas never got to. A web design class with Syracuse's finest, Professor Adam Peruta, in Fall 2025 gave me some more short-lived motivation. Ever-evolving LLMs (most notably Claude) did help me with some troubleshooting and JavaScript, but being the wiz I am at HTML/CSS, I could confidently say I could defeat AI in Coding 101 basics, at, albeit, a much slower pace.

On the technical side, this website is hosted on Netlify, version controlled on GitHub and blog posts are written through Decap CMS so I don't have to touch HTML every time I have a thought. I secured the classic jacobspudich (and jacobspidich, smh) domain around the Wix-mania stage of development. Everything else is free, which feels a bit suspicious.
